The ZLP800 suspended platform delivers a safer, more efficient, and user-friendly elevated work environment for personnel. It is ideally suited for a wide range of applications, including plastering, painting, repair, renovation, cleaning, elevator installation, and material handling at height. Furthermore, it is widely utilized in the construction and maintenance of large-scale structures such as storage tanks, bridges, dams, and chimneys.

Our ZLP800 suspended platform system enhances on-site productivity and supports accelerated project timelines while reducing overall costs. In addition to standard models, we offer custom-designed platforms with specialized configurations, including 90° and 45° angled units, as well as circular platforms. To ensure operational safety and prevent personnel from exposure to hazards, the platform is equipped with the following integrated safety devices:
- Service brake integrated within the LTD hoist assembly.
- Dual fall-arrest devices engaging the safety wire ropes.
- Two independent upper limit switches.
- Fail-safe power-off descent prevention mechanism.
- Emergency stop control.
- Phase monitoring and control unit.
- Overload sensor incorporated in the LTD hoists, compliant with EN 1808 standards.
