Hangzhou Bay Bridge
The Hangzhou Bay Bridge starts from the Haiyan hub in Jiaxing City in the north, crosses the Hangzhou Bay waters, and ends at the Andong hub interchange in Ningbo City in the south; the total length of the line is 36 kilometers, the total length of the bridge is 35.7 kilometers, the bridge deck is a six-lane expressway in both directions, and the design speed is 100 kilometers per hour.
Beipanjiang Bridge in Guizhou
The bridge deck reaches a vertical height of 565.4 meters (1,855 feet) from the lowest point of the river valley, surpassing the Puli Bridge to become the bridge with the highest deck in the world. In 2018, it was certified by the Guinness World Records and awarded the Gustavus Gold Medal at the 35th International Bridge Conference. In 2019, it won the FIDIC Award of Special Merit.
